Maybe these are just cold water flats now, like back in the day. We don't get enough heat in the winter so it should follow that we don't deserve hot water either. Should we be able to shower? Wash our dishes? I guess management thinks not. Or at the very least, they don't think it matters. For the money we pay, you think they'd act with urgency or AT THE VERY FUCKING LEAST FOR ONCE GET THE PROBLEM FIXED FOR GOOD. If I could afford a lawyer, I'd get out of this lease and probably get some money back from these assholes.
