Is the new muzak being pumped into the lobby coming from someone's iPod? Seriously, no station or satellite channel could be playing this many Whitney Houston and Celine Dion songs!

As a crotchety old long time tenant, I had to laugh when this 'feature' of the building was added. Maybe fix some doors and lights in the stairs first?
No complaints about the music. I did hear some old Eagles tunes one time.
