I recently moved to this building and so far I think it's awesome. However, there have been some...let's say "issues." I thought it would be a good idea for tenants (current, past, future, and potential) to have a place to congregate and talk about our experiences.
The possibilities are really endless. We can arrange events, talk about maintenance situations, discuss the neighborhood in general, whatever. It will be what we make of it. So go ahead and have fun.
I would like to state clearly that I am not associated in any way with PMC or building management. This is strictly for us. Management may find it and read it (and that's actually a good thing since you're anonymous) but I'm sure they'll see this as a useful communication tool.
